Sunday Morning Bible Study Through The Gospel of Luke "Jesus Is For Everyone"
Join us on Sunday Mornings at 9:30 a.m. for our verse-by-verse study through The Gospel of Luke. Luke's Gospel is a detailed and orderly account of the life of Jesus, from his birth to his death, resurrection, and ascension. Luke writes to provide an accurate and thorough account of the events and teachings of Jesus. The Gospel begins with the birth of John the Baptist and Jesus the Son of God and follows their respective ministries. It also includes many parables and teachings of Jesus, as well as numerous miracles he performed. The climax of the Gospel is Jesus' crucifixion and resurrection, providing hope and salvation for all. The book concludes with Jesus' ascension into heaven and the commissioning of his disciples to spread the message of his teachings. Throughout the Gospel, Luke emphasizes Jesus' compassion, love, and mercy towards all people, especially the outcasts of society. It is a powerful and inspiring account of Jesus' life and teachings, highlighting his mission to bring salvation to the world. Jesus is for everyone!
Our Current Refuel Series: "Jesus Is First" The Book of Colossians
Join us Thursday evenings at 6:00 p.m. for our Summer Outreach Series at various locations around Taos. We are currently enjoying our journey through the Book of Colossians. From 6:00 to 6:30 pm is a relaxed time of refreshments, friends, and fellowship. At 6:30 pm, we open our Bibles and together discover the profound life lessons revealed in Scripture as we learn of the Preeminence, Priority, and Supremacy of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. For the believer, Jesus Christ must be held in the highest regard, acknowledging that as the Son of God, He is also God the Son. He is the Creator of all things and is first in rank and position over all His creation and the head of the Church. Jesus is not a created being but the Creator of all things; therefore, He has preeminence over all His creation. He alone is worthy of our honor, praise, and worship. He is the mediator between us and His Father in heaven and our reconciler through His finished work of the cross.
