If you are interested in serving here at Calvary Taos there are two stages. First, fill out the Ministry Interest Form below and click Submit. You can also fill it out completely, bring it into our office or mail it to:

Your completed Ministry Interest Form will be reviewed and you will be contacted by our staff within 7 days of receiving your form.
If we have an opening in the ministry you are interested in, the next step is to fill out a Ministry Application Form and turn it into our office or mail it to:

The Director of the ministry of which you are interested in serving will contact you within 7 days after receiving your Application for an interview.
